Hi! I'm a single professional working from home and currently looking for a large room or self-contained annexe to rent. My maximum budget is £1,100 per month including bills.
I travel for work occasionally and often stay with friends, so I’m not always around. I’m easygoing, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I do vape/smoke but I’m completely happy to do this outside.
I also have a small caged lizard — she stays in her enclosure, doesn’t roam, and won’t cause any mess or damage.

• Available from 1st July (when my current tenancy ends)
