Searching for a double room in Caerphilly

Hi, I’m Martin.
I’m currently looking to move from the Cwmbran area into the Caerphilly borough to be closer to work and family. My parents were both in the military for decades so naturally I’ve been raised to be clean, organised, respectful and easy to get along with. I work 48-60 hours a week so money will always be punctual from the word go. I don’t own bulky items just mainly clothing so I won’t have a massive impact on your home. My budget is £600pm however if the perfect place presents itself outside of my budget it can be raised slightly. I’m a non smoker with no pets. I’m a great lodger and if you have a home suitable for me I’d love to hear from you.
