Pro female looking for quiet, friendly house

I am 56 yrs young, very active, I love going to the gym, being outdoors - mountain biking, hiking, camping and spending weekends away in my camper van.
I do lots of volunteer marshalling all over Wales.
I am looking for a quiet, friendly house share, I like time on my own but also love cooking and would love to share a meal and a glass of wine occasionally with my housemates.
I am a support worker in Newtown (work for Powys Council) I work in a garden, I love growing food, flowers.
I am clean and tidy, will happily share the responsibility of keeping our home clean and tidy including the garden.
I am looking for a double room, hoping to bring some of my own furniture, maybe have somewhere to store my mountain bikes?
I am looking for a long term let, as coming out of a 23 year marriage.
