Clean and respectful double room wanted

Hi everyone! 👋

I’m currently looking for a room to rent in Liverpool (preferably L7 but also L1, L2, L3 or L8), ideally moving in from April. I am very flexible on dates providing it’s after the 1/4/26.

I am moving back to Liverpool as it’s my favourite city and decided I missed it too much.

A little about me:
• Clean, tidy, and respectful
• Friendly, empathetic and easygoing
• Working full-time in hospitality in Chester and studying part-time with the OU doing English language and literature

What I’m looking for:
• A well furnished and clean room in a nice area
• A calm and respectful household. Im almost 37 and while I’m certainly young at heart (and a bit hippie) I’m looking for housemates who want to have a good time but respect the house as a whole. I’m looking for housemates who integrate as opposed to an HMO that is lifeless.
• A good, professional relationship with the landlord, built on clear communication and mutual respect

My budget is around £600 per month, ideally including bills.

I am not in any mad rush just looking for the perfect place/people. I come with excellent references both work and tenancy.
