Two friends looking for a flat or house share

We are Sian (she/they) and Ellie (she/they/he). We are two postgrad students studying social work at UOB. We spend most of our time mon-fri out the house on placement so it’s essentially like we have a 9-5.

We are looking for 2 bedrooms in a tenancy starting July/Aug time, budget is £600-700 each per month and we are looking more towards Hove/Seven Dials/Preston areas. With the ability to apply for a parking permit too.

It would be great to find people that also want to make a house a home and hang out, watch shitty tv together etc rather than just share a space.

About us:

Ellie: I am 27, love all things nature (surfing, sea dips, mooing at cows), going to gigs & reading. Love a pub night and the occasional boogie but also need a fair amount of chill time :)

Sian: I am 23, love all things craft and needlework and trying to care for houseplants.. I love a quiet night in but am down for the occasional pub/club night. :D
