Cheap 'n Cheerful/Peppercorn Rent/Off-Grid/Caravan

Update. 30th March. I'm in Coventry for the next few weeks, if anyone is interested in meeting up to consider me as a lodger/tenant or buddy-up; be it here in Coventry, Warwickshire, Midlands, Berkshire, or anywhere on a direct/direct-ish train or bus route. Anywhere considered in England.

I don't have a valid passport at present, only an out of date one. So unable to verify on here.
Mail is not secure at present HMO.

Been renting since I were 16, good references throughout, rent, utilities, etc always paid in full, on time, no arrears.
No bebts, no criminal record or CCJ's, etc.
In receipt of PIP, + ESA, but have had a letter to apply for UC, so no idea what my full budget will be, but the PIP is guaranteed until 2029 re-assesment.

Something with a Wood-burner would be nice, maybe a static or touring caravan, annexe or outbuilding.
Open to ideas, options and locations.
Unable to drive, must be close to public transport, bus and rail.
Unable to work the 9-5 due to disability.

I just need a quiet place to rest and call home whilst I travel back and forth to help ageing parents in different counties.
By nature I am clean, tidy, quiet, respectful, good with pets and livestock, hardworking, conscientious.
I am non-political, and I do not want to be a part of nor support that system, nor any world agendas.
I am not associated with organised man-made religion.
I don't drink alcohol.
At present I do smoke tobacco, and have this past year been smoking ******** medicinally for pain and CNS symptoms, but not sure I want to continue with it.
