Studio, 1-bed, annex or barn etc WANTED

Wanted unfurnished PRIVATE annex, lodge, barn, 1-bed / 2-bed, pod, hut or similar.

Unfinished or not decorated is also fine!

Any area of South-east, London, Dorset or East Anglia.

I am NOT looking for any kind of shared house or shared facilities.

The main requirement is the budget and ideally a new build or complete refurbishment, otherwise I am open to most possibilities.
