Professional looking for good quality let

Hi, I'm Julian. I'm a 50s Professional looking for a quiet, double bedroom, with a live in landlord or a 1 bedroom/studio apartment, in the Wetherby/Knaresborough/Harrogate area ideally (though happy to consider further afield for the right room). I own my own home but having to vacate for several months to allow for building work to be completed. I'm looking for a good size double bedroom (en suite would be fab but not essential), with enough room for a desk/computer, as I work largely from home (reliable Broadband is a definite plus). As a homeowner myself, you can rely on me to look after your property and follow any house rules! I'm tidy and responsible - my only vice is a dose of TV after a long day...
