Hello, I'm a 28 year old female game designer from Singapore 🇸🇬 I'm on sabbatical but also looking for a new job in London!

I am looking for a room
- In London Zone 1 to 4
- 7 days a week
- Open to work-from-home with desk in room/shared working space
- Around £600 with bills included (flexible based on property details)
- Basic amenities like wifi and kitchen
- Walking distance to tube station and supermarket

Preferable but not mandatory
- Female majority household
- Tranquil neighbourhood
- Nice view and garden
- Single occupancy room
- Friendly co-tenants with a healthy mix of chatting and personal space
- Low/no minimum occupancy (I currently can only confirm stay until Nov 2026)

Other things you can note
- I have sufficient savings to cover my rent and living expenses while I finalize my job search here. I can provide proof as needed.
- No dietary requirements and can accommodate as needed in the kitchen
- I live a fairly clean lifestyle, I do not smoke nor party
- I'm happy to help around the house as needed to a reasonable extent, e. g cooking, tidying, companionship
- No issues with cats, dogs, couples, children, LGBT+, any political or religious inclinations
