Aussie looking for share house/apartment April 6

Hi! I’m a 31-year-old Australian recently arrived to Manchester, and I’m looking for a welcoming LGBTQI+ place to call home. I'm open for short term/house sit opportunities also whilst I scope out the city and potential share houses. Available form April 3

My budget is 450-700 GBP per month total (open to more if the shoe fits!) in any community focused neighbourhoods within 15-20 minute train from the city centre.

About me!
I am from one of the hottest and sunniest places on earth (Central Australia!) and for some crazy reason have decided I've had enough sunshine and want to trade it in for one of the most vibrant cultural hubs in the western world - Manchester!

Living with me!
I’m very house trained, so I am tidy, happy to clean up the house, respectful, and big on open communication. Some may even call me the house dad! I’ve lived in over a dozen share houses before and really value clarity, consideration, and everyone doing their part to keep a home feeling comfortable and homey. I’m very social and friendly, but I also really respect privacy and personal space.

I love to cook (very happy to share meals), and I’m a professional wine expert — so there will always be a good bottle open if you’re keen I enjoy hosting the occasional dinner party or themed gathering, Ill be out and about exploring the local community, staying active, reading, and going to the cinema. All the best to talk about our books or movies over a glass of wine and tasty meal!? I usually live a busy and full life outside of the house so I’m excited to get involved in Manchester life, make new connections, and build a routine with hobbies and community.

I also love to travel, so will be making the most of being so close to so many different countries.

I’m ideally looking within a 15-20 minute train ride to the city centre and would love an open, LGBTQI+ friendly household with mature, fun-loving people who value cleanliness and contribute to communal living through creativity, intentional energy, good communication and mutual respect.
