Professional looking for double room in Manchester

Looking to find a 2/3-bed flat in town (don’t mind where but Ancoats, Deansgate, Gay Village, Salford Quays - that kind of craic), either a buddy-up or an existing double room. I’m looking to move April/May but I wfh so I’m very flexible with no set dates.

I do wfh (which I know isn’t for everyone) and I have one office day a month. I’ll be back in the Midlands for a weekend when that is the case. I work in welfare/crisis support and the sensitive nature means I can’t make use of co-working spaces. I am trying to find a Manchester-based job so this won’t always be the case.

My budget is around £800pm - if this can include bills then 10/10 but I’m flexible for the right place. It would need to be furnished, and I’d prefer if the building had a gym. I would love the flat to have a bath too and I’m afraid this might be a deal-breaker.

For a bit about me: I love rugby, hiking, travelling, and going to gigs - there’s very little I won’t be up for. I also spend a lot of time reading and would appreciate a person who also likes a bit of chill time.

My personality is a bit of a contradiction of itself. I’m super easy-going but god help if there’s a plan or routine, I’ll be twitching at the thought of deviating. I’m relatively smart but simultaneously the biggest idiot you’ll ever see. I’m one of those extroverted introverts so I can be really social but I will need time to recharge.

Aside from the jokes, I’m clean and tidy, I’ve flat-shared around the world so respectful of everyone and all communal spaces. I grew up with only brothers and have lived with the best girl gang in the world. I can share with whoever - you just need to be a kind person with a bit of craic.
