Exchange PhD student June-July near central Exeter

Hello all!

I'm coming from Paris to Exeter as an exchange student for my last year of PhD. The exchange will be two month long, starting early June (I'd like to move in around June 6th) and ending on the 31st of July (moving out 1st of August).

I am looking for a room to rent, single of double, with or without flatmates. Ideally I would like the room to be located near the center of Exeter and/or near the streatham campus, I expect to be walking to work every day so no more than a 30min walk to the campus.

I do like having flatmates as I enjoy company, I think it's also a great way to discover a new city and I would love to discover Exeter!
French is my native tongue, I'm fluent in English and I can hold a simple conversation in Spanish.

I'm very social and outgoing, I enjoy cooking big meals for friends, going to the pub, playing board games and video games, I'm active as well: I enjoy running, swimming, playing tennis, hiking... (and I'd love to discover surfing! ;) )

I'm neat, I like to keep the place I'm living in clean and organized. I am a non-smoker and I don't have any pets but I don't mind any of it. I'm an overall pretty easy going person.
