Professional looking for a room from 1st of April.

I am a professional working at Quas Drinks based in Edinburgh. I love movies and V60 coffee. Would be very happy if I could have a small area exclusive for my coffee set-up and my morning yoga routine. I love cooking being a food science student. I also love to go out. I am very clean and tidy. Would like to keep the place quiet. Not a party person, and I don't drink any alcohol. I am a vegetarian (though I don't eat eggs). I am very friendly and love to explore new spots and green areas of the city. I am not a night person, and I am allergic to pets (both cats and dogs). Most of the time, I am away for work, except on weekends, when I would like to maintain my own routine. I prefer to have a dining table as I don't like to eat in my room. However, on weekdays, evenings, and sometimes when we share the kitchen and living room, I would be happy for some nice conversations.
