26 y/o US law student looking for short term let

Hi there! I am a 26 year old law student from California who will be doing an exchange in Newcastle from September through December. I'm open to many kinds of accommodation so long as it's furnished. I'm a respectful and clean flatmate and would ideally love to find somewhere near Jesmond but open to other areas if it's close to public transportation.
