Description
*Looking to move in on the 30th of July with one to two female flatmates max, preferably* I am a 30 year old chartered accountant working in the audit and assurance sector.
My room requirements would be a decent sized double room (NO SINGLE ROOM), with en suite potentially. I would need some cupboards and shelves at least in the double room, and space to setup an at home work desk (if that won’t be possible in an open area of the house). I also really do not like carpets in any space. A modern trusted built with great EPC ratings would be preferable to an old build that is unkempt. The building MUST be well maintained (with an easy to reach maintenance team who has a quick turnaround time) and amenities would be a fantastic plus (eg: gym, concierge, shared working spaces, shared roof top or garden or large kitchens and lounges to host friends).
I enjoy a peaceful home with an effective communicator who knows how to keep the sharing spaces extremely neat and tidy. I love art, travelling, various sports (football, rugby, cricket, netball), different types of music, attending festivals and concerts plus spending time with my loved ones. I love going on long walks and discovering new restaurants. I also enjoy green areas/parks and beautiful bodies of water.
I work really long hours most of the time so I regard home as a quiet sanctuary, especially since I am a light sleeper. I would not like to share with someone who regularly blasts music, is generally noisy or stays on the phone for long hours through the day. I also would not like the building itself to be a noisy building.
I mostly work from the office or client, but have a few work from home days (depending on the client I am on).
My lease currently ends at the end of July.
