Professional woman with 2 cats

I work mostly from home as a project manager in the creative and events industry, although sometimes I travel and stay away for work. I've recently launched a new arm of my business, providing grant writing services, which is very exciting and rewarding- but I'm pretty tired and busy! I work with artists, charities, community interest companies and more.

I have 2 cats named Simba (15) and Oryx (5) who are my family, so any properties need to be pet friendly.

I don't drink or smoke, but don't mind if others do, but I prefer to not live with someone who smokes inside.

I'd love to live somewhere with a garden or outside space if possible as I enjoy being outside, so a balcony, fire escape with a view or even a nice window is a plus!

I would ideally prefer to be in proximity to Moseley/King's Heath/Stirchley or within 30 minutes drive of Acocks Green.
