30-M|Working professional|Move-in before 6th April

Hi, my name is Siddhesh Adsul, I’m 30 years old, single(M) and currently working full-time at Swadish restaurant in Glasgow.

I have been living in Glasgow since September 2023, so I’m familiar with the city and its surroundings. I’m now looking for a comfortable place where I can settle for the long term.

I also recently completed my Masters in Advanced Architectural Design from the University of Strathclyde (September 2025).

At the moment I’m staying in Bridgeton, with a tenancy ending on 6 April, so I’m looking to move into a new room as soon as possible before that date.

About me

I’m a clean, respectful and easygoing person who values a calm and positive home environment.

• Very tidy and respectful of shared spaces
• Active lifestyle, I regularly go to the gym and enjoy physical training
• I enjoy art and occasionally play the Tabla, always keeping housemates comfort in mind

Reliability

I have stable full-time employment and can provide:

• Proof of employment
• References from my current landlord and flatmates
• Deposit ready
• Happy to provide ID or any documents required

I’m also flexible with viewing times and happy to arrange a time that suits you.

Additional details

I’m open to different areas in Glasgow if the property and flatmates are a good fit.

Budget: £400–£450 per month (rent excluding bills)
Move-in: ASAP, ideally before 6 April
