Musician looking to lodge in a practice-friendly house or flat

I’m ideally seeking to lodge (but I'm also open to house share) in a peaceful, safe neighbourhood in London with good transport links to central. I am a musician so the house/flat should be somewhere where practice is allowed within reasonable daytime hours. As a tenant and/or housemate I’m quiet but friendly, communicative, respectful and very clean. At home I generally like to keep to myself but I also enjoy a laugh and sharing funny stories over tea. :) I freelance so my schedule varies: I’m often out evenings and weekends and/or during weekdays.

I’m looking to share with someone respectful, clean and communicative. If you have a dog, I'm happy to help out where I can! A vegan/veggie household would be even better! Ideal move date 29th August but can do sooner also.

(Only interested in small house shares: 1,2 people max and no cats as I'm a bit allergic sadly.)
