I'm 33 from the South East of England.
I've been given my notice to move out of my current room due to my Landlady's circumstances changing and therefore am searching for a new room to call home.
I am currently not employed - but am applying to new new rooms with UC (UNIVERSAL CREDIT) and the support of a guarantor and reference. I am seeking employment currently, with the rest of my time being split between my interests and hobbies:
I graduated in Film and Media and enjoy writing, journaling and am currently working on a music project. I'm aiming to complete my scuba diving qualifications and go to the gym and occasionally go running. I am friendly and respectful.
The top of my budget is 1000PCM incl. Bills.
Will consider all locations with good transport connections to central London.
Please get in touch if you have a room available and think I might be a suitable tennant.
