Hello! We’re Robyn and Cas, and we’re looking for a place to call home from mid-July onwards. Cas would ideally need to move in around the 9th of July, while Robyn is a little more flexible as she is currently finishing her tenancy agreement.

We’re mainly looking for somewhere around the City Centre, London Road, or Kemptown area. A parking space would also be a huge bonus for Cas.

We both work in hospitality and are very clean, respectful, and easy-going tenants. We’re looking for a calm, comfortable space where we can feel at home and take good care of the property.

A little bit about us:

Cas is originally from Spain and studied architecture, although she currently works in hospitality. She enjoys going to the gym, training Muay Thai, cooking, travelling, going to gigs, and anything animal-related. Most days consist of working evenings, spending relaxed mornings at home, meal prepping, and training. She also travels back to Spain every few months to visit family and friends.

Robyn is a 23-year-old medical student originally from Lincolnshire. She spends most of her time studying, is on placement during the week, and also works weekends. She enjoys music, going to gigs, documentaries, and playing a bit of guitar in her spare time. Robyn is vegetarian, loves animals, and likes to keep her surroundings clean and well looked after.

We’re both responsible, sociable, and considerate people who really value a clean, welcoming home. We’d love to find a place with a good atmosphere and a landlord who appreciates reliable tenants.

We were wondering whether it might be possible for both of us to move in mid-July or August.
