Looking for two rooms or to buddy up for 3-bed

Me and my friend Connor are looking to buddy up with someone to find a 3 bed flat or join a house with 2 bedrooms, to move in for end of April / start of May, a little bit about us below:

We’re both from Ireland and have been living in London for a few years between us! We love exploring new parts of London, having a cosy night in as well as a spontaneous pub trip / night out (especially when the sun is out…) 🤠

Caitriona: 26, will be working as a trainee solicitor in a law firm and is currently studying this year for her SQE (so will be at university most of the week studying!). I love exploring new cafes / museums / bars, attempting to cook, a night out, matcha (especially), trying Connor’s book recs, and going for walks in London’s many beautiful parks! 💅

Connor: 24, who works for the civil service and works from home 2-3 days a week. Loves to go to the park/cafes and is a massive reader, always good for a book rec / book loan📙📚. I like to keep myself busy with plans/ casual pints at the pub and of course always down for a good chat! Also love a good bit of travelling!

We’re both super friendly and tidy, and would love someone to join us who is easygoing, clean, and preferably a young professional also in their mid-20s, another female or queen (LGBT) would be ideal too!

📍 We both currently live in East so would be looking there but also happy to go North / South for our perfect place !! We’re keen to get somewhere with good transport links and not far from a tube stop. Budget wise we’re thinking around £1000 max.
