Hello! I am looking for a room in a friendly and welcoming home starting from 1st July. My budget is around £600 per month including all bills, though I can be flexible and increase the budget slightly for the right place.

An en-suite room would be great, but it’s not essential. I would preferably like to live with female flatmates in a home with working professionals.

I’m hoping to find a house with kind and sociable housemates who enjoy occasional chats or socialising, while also respecting each other’s personal space and privacy. A positive, respectful, and comfortable living environment is very important to me.
