Why we are the perfect tenants:
No Red Tape: As we are here on a visitor basis, we are looking for a simple, inclusive "Short Let" or "Lodger" agreement.
Guaranteed Rent: We have our budget set aside and can pay the full stay upfront if that helps secure the right "all-in" deal.
Low Maintenance: We don’t smoke, have no pets, and pride ourselves on keeping a clean living space.
What we need: A reliable Wi-Fi connection, a TV, a kitchenette or full kitchen, and a peaceful environment.
If you have a property that’s currently between long-term tenants or a holiday let you’d like to fill for the next 1–3 months with zero drama, please get in touch!
