Looking for a single room to rent (preferably)

I’m not too picky as to who my roommate is, as I get along well with most types of people. Looking for a simple place to live with basic things like a washing machine.
My flatmates could expect someone who is respectful and cooperative. I like to keep clean and tidy up. In my free time I’ll probably just watch a few movies or be on my phone unless I’m wanting to study for something.
