Large, carpet free room in or close to Leeds

Hi, I am looking for a large, carpet free room in or close to Leeds to rent from about the end of May / first week of June.

Me. I’m an older single woman (+50), Australian by birth and accent, but I’ve lived in the U. K. for about 21 years. By profession I am a Criminal Lawyer, by private life a keen crafter and traveller, (mostly Europe). I am currently looking for employment in the Leeds area and so I want to find appropriate accommodation. I am a quiet living person, I have a few close friends in the U. K. and Europe. I tend to socialise away from my home, rarely drink, do not smoke and I’m more interested in cultural stuff than sport. I am open minded and have a relaxed attitude to other’s pursuits and beliefs. I keep communal areas tidy, clean up after myself and always try to be considerate of others in general. I love both cats and dogs. Recent reference available.

What I’m looking for: firstly a room without carpet. I have dust allergies is the primary reason, but it’s is also because I want to be able to do a bit of craft in my room, carpet is a nuisance for that.
I’d like space in the room, a single bed would suit me fine if it gives me more space, I would be happy to source my own bed if that assists. Also a smaller bedroom with use of a second small room would also work.
I would prefer to share with only one other female person, perhaps a home owner who wants a little bit of company and extra £? Ideally a quiet home, without frequent and / or numerous visitors and a housemate about 40+ years.
I need to be able to reliably park my car near or at the property (very small car). I don’t mind paying for a permit, but if it’s a case of three cars for every parking spot this may not be ideal for my needs.
Toilet, ideally on the same floor as the room, ie few or no stairs between them.
