26yr old, non-binary, queer, chill person

Am being kicked out of my apartment in June and need a room to live in. I'm a very chill person, don't really drink or party ever, love to watch films and would be happy to hang out if you're chill or leave you alone if you'd prefer. I have a car so would prefer some kind of available parking. I work 5 days a week, mostly in office but some parts of the year I wfh part time so would prefer some kind of desk if possible.
Wouldn't be any trouble, essentially. I'll keep out of your way and keep my space/shared spaces clean and tidy.
