Looking for a double room in south west london

Soon moving out of a house share in Kingston, looking for a friendly, clean household to move into.

Don't really mind how many people it would be sharing with, as long as it's not too messy! Furnished or unfurnished - I'm flexible, I don't mind pets - currently living with a cat (not mine) that I adore, a bit of outside space would be amazing but not a necessity as long as there's a nice park nearby,

I'm a teacher and a painter so I'll be at work 5 days a week, but at the weekends it would be great to have housemates that I can go out and get a coffee with/ go on a walk. Always up for a pub trip too! Ideally there'd be a bit of room in my room/ elsewhere in the house that Id be able to paint in then that would be fab
