We are a responsible and tidy couple looking for accommodation in Northampton, with a planned move-in around June or July.

However, if a suitable room or studio is available immediately, we are happy to move in earlier as well.

We are open to:
• Ensuite double room
• Double room with private bathroom
• Studio apartment

Budget:
• Ensuite room: up to £650/month
• Studio: up to £725/month

We are both students/professionals, quiet, clean, and respectful. We do not smoke and will maintain the property in excellent condition.

Requirements:
• Good transport links / near town centre
• Clean and well-maintained property
• Bills included (required)

We are serious tenants, planning ahead, and ready to arrange viewings or secure the right place in advance.
