Looking to Share

Hi, I have recently moved to Bristol from Brighton and am looking for a clean, relaxed flat or house to share. I'd describe myself as easygoing (until the kitchen becomes messy). Considerate with noise and shared spaces. Up for a chat or a movie while also respecting people's downtime. Happy to keep myself to myself, I can keep myself busy with little creative projects. Non smoker. DBS checked. Sociable, but not the "bring the party home" type. I'm comfortable with a wide range of personalities and ages. I'm just looking for mutual respect and clear communication.
