31 y/o Looking for a calm, clean place to call 🏡

Hi! I’m 31 and originally from South East London, currently working full-time as a Creative Producer for a sports league. My office is based along the South Bank and I’m in the office around 3–4 days a week. On the days I work from home I’m usually at my partner’s place, so I won’t be around during the day time on weekdays all that much.

I’m looking to move relatively soon, but finding the right home is really important to me. I’m not just after a room, I want to live somewhere I genuinely enjoy being, with someone I feel comfortable around. We don’t have to be best mates, but I’d love a home where there’s mutual respect for each other’s space, a friendly atmosphere, and the occasional shared dinner or chat.

A bit more about me:
I love music, theatre, and dancing (I go to dance classes weekly), and I’m getting more into cooking, so I’d definitely be up for sharing recipes and a meal every now and then! I also run a football club and community for women and non-binary people, which keeps me very busy out side of my 9-5! I'm out most Monday evenings and some Tuesdays when I’m visiting my teams across North and South London. I also DJ occasionally too, but fear not, if I DJ at home I'm very much a headphones-on, speakers off, to be respectful of my flatmate.

I have a fairly active social life and spend time with friends and my partner, but I’m also really looking forward to having a peaceful, cosy home where I can properly relax and unwind.

What matters most to me in a home:
Cleanliness and tidiness are really important. I value a space that feels looked after and calm. A shared understanding around this is a must.
