3 friends looking for 4th housemate :)

Hey there!

Let me introduce myself :) My name is Ben, I am a 24 year old creative from Sussex. I moved to Easton in April, where I have been sharing a house with Jess and Mia (amongst others). Our current tenancy is ending and we are on the lookout for a new place to call home. We are currently looking at 4 bed properties and that is why we have turned to spare room to help. I know this isn’t exactly how you’re supposed to use spare room as we don’t already have a contract on a property, but I thought it would be a good way to find a 4th tenant before all the contractual stuff - hopefully it might make it slightly less stressful 🤪

I am a freelancer working in events, but day-to-day I work at Waitrose. I love art, music, performance and dancing- I am always up for new events and experiences. Jess loves caving and being outdoors, she works at a local cave attraction. Mia is also into caving, but she is as happy staying in and playing board games or watching the occasional bit of trash tv, she works for the NHS.

We are a social group, we enjoy spending meal times together, going out together, and being sofa goblins together. We are also busy people with plenty going on independently of each other. The ideal flatmate would be someone who shares that same balance of personal time and time together.

We are clean, orderly and like to keep the place feeling welcoming. We’ve always had great relationships with our previous housemates. We are looking to move soon, sometime between now and the end of July
