Looking for a room/buddy up 🫶

Heyyy I’m Rosie, I’m 23, just recently moved to london and looking for a room from mid April/May (flexible on this as i’m lodging with a friend atm).

I’m very friendly n sociable, always up for anything. I love being active going to the gym, walks, travelling, skiing, nights out n pub visits but also chill nights in.

I’m very tidy, clean and respectful of other people and their space/privacy. But would love to live in a social house where everyone hangs out/ is mates but also does their own thing 🫶

I work as a business analyst 2-3 days n WFH rest of the week.

Open to Balham, Clapham, Wandsworth, Fulham, Battersea, Tooting & surrounding areas.

💰 Budget around £800-£1000 bills included, however flexible if it’s the right place
🛏️ Double room with a desk is ideal but i’m flexible
👫 Happy to live in a mixed household
🤸‍♀️ Bonus if it’s really close to the gym, northern line or green space (i’m just lazy lol but very flexible)!
