Room for working student

Hi! I'm Ash, and I need somewhere to live asap. Due to my family's poor financial decisions, they are forced to downsize the house, and I have to move out. I only have until the house sells to move so I am open to most options.

I am looking for a room, preferably with an en-suite with some furnishings, just until I can save enough to get my own flat.
I don't have any pets, but I do have a boyfriend which is near enough, so I am looking for somewhere that won't mind if he spends a night or two with me.

I am very independent and keep to myself most often, but I am very chatty if given the opportunity. I am in my last year of A-Levels, going to college Monday to Thursday, and I am a carer for adults with disabilities Friday to Sunday. Due to the nature of my work, I am usually working long 15hr shifts, and tend to finish at around 10pm, plus travel time getting home, so I need somewhere that isn't going to mind me arriving home at late hours. Another thing to note is that I am also asked to do around 5 night shifts a month, so I would be leaving home around 10pm and leaving work around 8am. Since this isn't something I can control, I am looking for somewhere quite flexible to meet my working needs. I am very creative, so you might find me in my room sketching or knitting, but I will spend the next few months studying, so some peace and quiet would be really appreciated, but I do have headphones so it's not too big of a deal if there's a drummer in the next room.

I have listed that I don't smoke, and on the day-to-day, this is true, but I will if I'm down the pub on a Friday night sort of thing. However, I do vape, but I am more than happy to stand outside/go around the street corner since I don't need it attached to me 24/7.
