Aussie girl seeking SW share house! 🐨🏠

I am a 33 year old Aussie girl who's been in London for 9 months and am looking for my permanent home in SW London.

I work full time as an Event Manager, in Victoria, so want to be connected to the overground or tube. I WFH 1-2 days a week, but can work from my room and don't require a study.

Outside of work I love to go to comedy shows, gigs, festivals, try new restaurants & wine bars. I am in a netball team and play Padel. I also love to travel so am often away on weekends exploring the UK & Europe!

Ideally I am looking for a share house (3-5 rooms) with a large bedroom - no ensuite required - that has a communal area so we can enjoy dinner or TV together. An outdoor area would be a bonus, or pets!, but not required. I don't have a car so no parking needed. I would like to live in a mixed gender household or all female household.

I've flatted my whole life so am a considerate housemate who loves to have a chat over a glass of wine, and I enjoy baking for the house or putting on a spread/platter, but also respect people's quiet time.

I am social and want to have friends over but not looking for a party house.
