Young Professional looking for a room in SW London

Hi! My name is Tae. I’m a Supply Chain Management professional from Korea, currently in London on a Youth Mobility Scheme visa.

I am a very responsible and organized person who values a clean and quiet living environment. I take my commitments seriously, especially when it comes to being a reliable tenant and making sure rent is always paid on time. I’m a non-smoker, don't have pets, and I always make sure to keep shared spaces tidy and respectful for everyone.

What I’m looking for:
• Preferred Areas: Locations with good access to South Western Railway (SWR) fast/semi-fast trains, including Clapham Junction, Wimbledon, Earlsfield, or Surbiton.

• Budget: £750 – £900 per month (including bills preferred).

• Move-in Date: Available from 5th June (slightly flexible).

My top priorities are:
• Proximity to transport: Ideally within walking distance to an SWR station for an easy commute toward the Weybridge area.

• Reliability & Cleanliness: A well-maintained house with respectful flatmates who value a peaceful home.
