Female working professional seeking room

Hey,

My name is Sarah I'm a 30 yr old female working professional. I work M-F 8-4. Looking for 3-12+ months depending on alignment of roommates.

I'm seeking a safe clean space with another professional(s) who may be interested in socializing or also just respecting each other's spaces if living together flows nicely!

I will consider rooms without an ensuite granted they're clean washrooms and have no more than 2 people total sharing that shower.

I'm a reliable happy go lucky female.

I'd like to see the space physically before any type of commitment is made, please let me know when it's available for viewing.

I work about a 20 minute walk away from city center and am seeking somewhere easily accessible withOUT an hour's commute by bus in the mornings as I don't currently have a car.
