Designer seeking flatshare in Greenwich

Hi! I’m Saman, a 33-year-old designer specializing in architectural branding, biophilic interior design, and transportation-related projects. I graduated from the University of Greenwich with a BA in Graphic & Digital Design.

I’ve developed a unique perspective in the built environment, highlighting often-overlooked elements in architecture and design, for people with special circumstances, through my own lived experience.

I’m looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to call home. I’m easygoing, thoughtful, and take pride in keeping shared spaces tidy. I work on contract-based design projects as needed, and I also manage properties as a landlord. I’m looking for a flat share because I own a house that’s no longer suitable for me, as I now use a wheelchair outdoors and crutches for mobility. Carers will need access from time to time, and I’m hoping to live with housemates who are relaxed and respectful.

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, cinema, swimming, fitness, and healthy living. Architecture and design are a strong personal interest, which naturally informs my work. I speak English and Persian. I volunteer as a sailing instructor, youth worker, and support worker, supporting people facing difficulties and disabilities. I’ve also been a competitive athlete — swimming and sailing — and was scouted for the Junior Olympics. I hope to return to Paralympic swimming once my health stabilizes, with a dream to swim the English Channel.

I’m sociable and enjoy a good chat or occasional shared meal, but I also respect personal space and appreciate a peaceful home. I’m an animal lover who’s particularly fond of dogs.

Ideally, I’m looking for a place within the Greenwich borough with:
• Good transport links and a comfortable setup
• Flats above the first floor with elevator access
• Ideally, an en-suite
