- Move in Mid August (can be a bit flexible for the right place!)
- max 850+bills per month
- Furnished double room (at least a bed & wardrobe)
- Within 10mins walk to Mile End or Stepney Green station
- A friendly, sociable flat that likes to do things together (tv show, go to the pub, craft night)
- A space that is kept clean and tidy
