Hi! I’m looking for a room in Paddington or Maida Vale ideally, but happy to consider nearby areas too.

I am starting work in September, with a budget of up to 1250 pcm and aiming to move in around early to mid August.

I’m easygoing, tidy, and sociable. I enjoy things like the cooking, travelling, various sports and a pub trip, and I’m always up for a chat but also respect people’s space.

Looking to live with other young professionals in a friendly, relaxed flat where everyone gets on and keeps things clean and comfortable.
