Looking for quiet accommodation near the uni

I’d like to find a quiet, clean place to live near the university, where really with 1-2 other housemates. I’m going to be studying English. I like good conversation and nice coffee more than loud nights out drinking. I love the theatre and cooking. I’m quite studious but also like to have fun. I will be helpful and tidy around the house and would prefer to live with others that are similar.
