Couple M46/F43 seeking large (preferred ) double room with private ensuite facilities in shared house OR one bed flat for us both.
We are new to the area, relocating for personal reasons. Initially it would be for myself, M46 but my partner would then be moving in, if possible.
I am currently unemployed but seeking work, despite this I/we have the funds to cover deposit and rent. My partner works as a property manager and would be working from home.
We both currently smoke but would not smoke in the property if not permitted.
We are an easy going fun couple, respectful of other tenants and are looking for our first place together. We have no preferences to whomever we live with but are keen to help out where we can. I am also a keen gardener and could help with the garden, should there be one.
