I will be wrapping up my property sales in May and I am looking to keep a base in Manchester or Salford where I can stay and work..
I am only interested in a studio apartment, serviced apartment, or an ensuite room within an apartment building. The room must be ensuite. I am not open to sharing a bathroom or toilet. I am also not looking for rooms in family houses or large shared properties.
If you have a self-contained studio, serviced apartment, or you live alone in an apartment and need one flatmate, I would be interested. For the right place, I am happy to go up to £700 per month.
I work remotely full time. I am clean, respectful, and easy to live with. Rent will not be an issue.
