Professional looking for an en-suite room

I’m 21, I work as a paralegal in the city centre looking to qualify as a solicitor in the future. In my spare time I enjoy bouldering and the outdoors, I also enjoy reading (a lot) and writing.

I’m fairly new to the area, I enjoy a solitary life and work a lot. I work a hybrid remote role and occasionally partake in work trips. I am a non-smoker and do not have any pets although, I don’t mind smokers and I love animals (especially cats).

My budget is limited to £700 a month, preferably located in Liverpool or Sefton. I would be looking to move in around the end of May. I would prefer a long-term tenancy as I enjoy structure and prefer creating more long lasting connections with people.

I have lived with flat mates before so I fully understand how important it is to contribute to the shared accommodation, how important cleanliness is as well as being easy to get on with. I’m always happy to help out in any way I can, and I’m looking forward to becoming more familiar with the area.
