Buddy-Up or Spare Room Filler 🌼

I’m looking to either buddy-up with someone to find a 2-bed flat, or fill a current room in a 2-bed flat. Looking ideally for Salford M3 or up to Arndale area - basically somewhere within ~10/15mins walking to Trinity Way. Double room + en-suite, up to £700pm :)

A little bit about me:
I’m 26, Irish, and have been living in Manc for 5 years. Have lived with lads and girls so I don’t mind living with either! I appreciate a clean + tidy flat, but I’m not one to whinge about some dishes in the sink! Ideally would want to live with someone who’s sociable, but I’m equally very respectful of other people’s space 😌

I work in Events Management (hospitality industry) - typically Mon-Fri/Sat on-site, with up to 1 day WFH per week, and no late night finishes.

Always down to try a new café or go out for some drinks - this would be more my vibe than the club/rave scene (but could be tempted with a promise of a matcha in the morning 🍵)

A lover of hikes with no driving license and terrible sense of direction, so if you’ve got either of the latter we’d be off to a great start.

TLDR; I’m tidy, like to make a space homely, would want to be friends (rather than flatmates that rarely speak), I make a decent cuppa, and I’ve got some hospitality discounts up my sleeve 🫡
