I am looking for a clean, well presented room, with smart tv, preferably, but not essential ensuite bathroom for long term let in the SA10 SA11 area.
I am not opposed to a house share or living above pub, restaurant or any other commercial buildings.
Due to been disabled if there is upstairs lets.
I do require ease of access.
No silly steep stairs.
I have issue with smoking/ vaping outside!!
And to be close as possible to local amenities(I. E supermarket).
Ideally I would like to co-habit with clean, respectful and quiet individuals.
