Looking to buddy up for a house share

Hey!

I'm a 28 year old woman looking to move by the end of May ideally, somewhere fairly central to Brighton or Hove. I have a sweet 12 year old cat called Piper, who is a quiet well behaved baby coming with me. LGBTQ friendly household please.

I have all my own furniture to fill a living room too, so ideally want to form a new house share so I can bring it with me. I'm open to joining an existing house share if it feels right and the bedroom is big.

I'm looking for ideally 2 other housemates, and would want us to get along well and be at least friendly. I would rather live with people that I have some level of connection with, but am also respectful of peoples need for space and won't force it.

I work from home Monday - Friday and like a mix of cosy quiet evenings and being out. I don't want a crazy party house but I would want everyone to feel comfortable having people over from time to time.
