PhD Student Looking for Short Term Let

Hello, I'm David.

Originally from London, I have been living in Belfast for the past 7 years and I am currently wrapping up my PhD in Engineering.

My current tenancy ends in June, so I am looking for a short-term let to see me through to the end of my studies (around January). However, I would also appreciate the flexibility to extend the tenancy if I end up finding a job here in Belfast afterwards.

In my free time, I enjoy music and art, and I have a keen interest in the local and national rock scenes. I am in a long-distance relationship with my girlfriend, Pearl. I regularly fly over to the south of England on weekends to see her, and she frequently comes to visit me here too, so I am hoping to find housemates who are comfortable with having an occasional guest around for short periods.

When it comes to sharing a house, I am clean, respectful, and tidy in the communal areas, especially the kitchen. I will admit my own bedroom can get a bit messy, but I always make sure the shared spaces are kept neat. I don't tend to make much noise, and I am currently focusing on staying active in my day-to-day routine.
