Looking for a room in Selly 26/27 academic year

I’m looking to join a friendly and sociable student house in Selly Oak for the 26/27 academic year. I’m 22 going into my final year as a humanities student. I am easy going, clean and tidy. I enjoy doing lots of things like running, swimming and going to the pub. I have a budget of around £130pw including bills. Please message me if you have a room available :)
