I am looking to get a double room, ideally in South London or Hackney, and for max £1100pcm.
I am a 25YO guy who is sociable, considerate and clean. I enjoy keeping fit (1Rebel/ClassPass especially!), going to the pub to watch football (palace fan), as well as nights in.
I am ideally looking for a sociable house that do things together, but also spend time doing stuff individually. Basically, not just existing with each other!
I work as a surveyor (typical 9-5) in Marylebone and work from home maximum two days per week.
I am also gay so can’t have an issue with that.
