Room Wanted For A Cat Owner

I'm 30 year old nonbinary (afab) with a curios and sweet cat, mavis 🐈‍⬛. I work in the city in retail during the day, and on the side I work on my creative projects and building my art business.

I'm looking for a tidy, spacious room for me and my cat to move into and her to be allowed to explore the house; ideally a garden as she's an outdoor cat so the neighbourhood needs to be relatively quiet area and safe.

I'm a respectful roommate, keeping things tidy the best I can, and I'm happy to hang around with others but I also let everyone have their privacy and vice versa. I enjoy walks in the park and being outdoors (like my cat), I enjoy watching movies, and dancing into good music.

I'm hoping to live with people who have common sense and share hopefully some common interests such as art, music, movies, nature and so on. I also need my housemates to be LGBTQ+ friendly if not already under the rainbow themselves 🏳️‍🌈

Ideally I would keep the rent around £700/800 (or lower) but open for higher rent if it's reasonable close to work and bills included.
